This should be a relatively short review. While the movie has a high rating amongst other websites, I believe it was good but not super great. I would give it a B rating if it was in my class. Don’t expect too much out of this movie. It wasn’t as funny as I expected from the trailer, but there was some really hilarious parts I really enjoyed. I honestly think the high ratings and critic acclaim built this movie up too much for me. It’s definitely a children’s movie, but Big Hero Six can be enjoyable for adults and teens as well.
- Excellent job from the animation team.
- None really. It was good, but I expected it to be amazing so naturally I was let down a little. Great movie though when I look back on it.
BOBCAT RECOMMENDATION: Good movie, but don’t expect too much. Little kids would love it for sure since it’s action packed, a little funny, and has superheros.
